I’m Christopher Jaramillo, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas.
I focus on two kinds of clients:
Sellers whose listing expired. If your home didn’t sell, you deserve a straight answer about why. I’ll review pricing against recent sales, presentation, marketing and terms with you, and lay out a plan you can say yes or no to.
Buyers looking for their dream home in the Las Vegas Valley. We start with your monthly budget and how you want to live, then compare homes side by side, HOA dues included, so you can decide with confidence.
Most of the people I work with are people I already know, or people they sent my way. If you ever have a real estate question, for yourself or someone you care about, I’m happy to help.
1. Plain-language advice. No jargon, no pressure.
2. Quick replies. Call or text and you’ll hear back from me, not a call center.
3. Straight answers, including when the right answer is to wait.
